Grilled veggie skewers
with masala herbs

Side dish:
serves 4; 2 skewers per person

an open BBQ at low to medium heat or a closed BBQ at a temperature of 200 °C

1 cauliflower
1 broccoli
sachet of masala herbs
8 wooden sticks

500 ml yogurt
sea salt
platter for marinating


Mix the masala herbs with the yogurt, then season with a little sea salt.

Cut the florets from the broccoli and cauliflower stems, marinate these for about 1 hour in the yogurt mixture, then stick them on the skewers.

Grill these over a medium heat for 15 minutes, turning regularly.



Pairs wonderfully with rice dishes.
